Businesses carry risks that standard financial instruments do not cover.
A delayed shipment, a change in demand, or an infrastructure outage can change a company’s earnings. The exposure is real, but a listed contract often does not fit it.
Designing and pricing a contract for each exposure has historically cost too much. AI changes those economics. We are building the tools and relationships to make event derivatives a practical way for businesses to manage those risks.

We arrange bilateral OTC contracts between companies carrying an exposure and institutional counterparties that take it for a premium.
We work with global businesses that already carry large, unhedged exposures and need protection now. We are paid on the contracts we arrange, and we never warehouse principal risk.
4
We are early. The work today is to close bespoke contracts and learn from each one.
The long-term aim is a model that prices any new contract automatically and lets institutional counterparties margin a whole portfolio of events. Today the work is closing real deals and recording each one, with its structure, its assumptions, and how it turned out, so that model can be built on something true.
If a decision would break a principle, the principle is revised in the open first.

We match flow rather than underwrite it.
If we cannot name a precise, publicly verifiable trigger and resolution source, we do not write the contract.
We protect it before everything else.
Demand, structure, pricing, relationships, and what scales, with no exceptions.
When three or more deals share a structure, we fork a template. Until then we stay bespoke and learn.
That holds for everything we send into the world.
Reviews are adversarial, and every kill criterion is checked honestly.
We are a small team based in New York, with remote roles as listed above. You will work closely with the team, challenge assumptions, and give direct feedback.

From the exposure and its evidence through pricing, contract design, placement, monitoring, and settlement.
Teaching them how businesses, infrastructure, commodities, and events create financial risk.
Turning bespoke work into contract, evidence, pricing, and settlement components that make the real economy more resilient.
