Businesses carry risks that standard financial instruments do not cover. Oros arranges bilateral contracts between those businesses and institutional counterparties willing to take the risk. We never warehouse principal risk.

The role

Make Oros’s work clear to the people who need to act on it. You will turn research, contract terms, and client conversations into writing that explains the exposure, the proposed protection, and the economic case.

You will work alongside business development to prepare materials for real conversations. The standard is precision: a reader should understand what a contract does, what it does not do, and why it matters to their business.

What you will own

• Write clear materials that explain an exposure, a contract, and its economics.
• Work with business development to prepare proposals and support client conversations.
• Turn lessons from live deals into a consistent company narrative.

What success looks like

• Client materials explain the business problem and proposed contract without losing the important detail.
• The team can reuse clear, consistent language across proposals, briefs, and presentations.
• Questions from clients lead to better materials and sharper explanations.

What you bring

• You can turn complex material into precise, persuasive writing.
• You are comfortable learning a business through direct work with clients and the team.

Useful experience

• Experience writing about financial products, technical subjects, or complex businesses.
• Experience supporting proposals or senior client conversations.

Work closely with a small team and own the follow-through. Explain your thinking clearly, challenge assumptions, and give direct feedback. Every contract needs a precise trigger and a publicly verifiable resolution source.
