Help a small team turn decisions into completed work. You will work closely with the founder across active transactions, hiring, and day-to-day operations, making sure priorities have clear owners and the next step is understood.
The work crosses functions. A client request may need research, a legal decision, and a revised proposal before it can move forward. Your role is to make those dependencies clear, resolve what you can, and raise decisions early.
Work closely with a small team and own the follow-through. Explain your thinking clearly, challenge assumptions, and give direct feedback. Every contract needs a precise trigger and a publicly verifiable resolution source.
